Stall converter?

I got a chance to get a http://www.jegs.com/i/B-M/130/20416/10002/-1?parentProductId= converter for a good price from a friend. What converters do you guys run, once engine is built, will have mid 400s for hp/torque. And i have 4.56s and the cam that im getting calls for a 2200+ converter. I think this one would be fine, but what do you guys think?

Got a Holeshot 3k behind my 383, has 2500 miles(hard ones) and works just fine.

Go 3! My hughes 2500 lockup is fun. But id definately like more.

I would go with a 2.5-3k stall if your cam is calling for 2200.

okay, maybe i will keep looking then. Im in no rush, just thought if it was a good price maybe i should grab it.
