I really dig this look. But I’m finding it difficult to gauge the wheel tire size. maybe some more experienced eyes can shed some insight.

If this is stock, are the wheels 15x8 or 15x6????

I think stock wheel size on those was 15 x 6, I am not sure what is on that one.
I think stock was a 15 x 6 jj and 8" wheels were an option

Seeing they are white walls, prolly 235/75, and hard to tell but doesn’t look to be a wide rim, so as the others are saying prolly a 6” rim.

Possibly
225/75/15 or a 235/75/15
With 15x6 or 15x8. I’m thinking 15x7 would split the difference so I should get with that size. We’ll see, I still have bit to do before ordering tire/wheel combo.

Probably go, 15x7 front and 15x8 rear.

This “racing” look is sweeeet. But I think I’d like to deviate a bit and go more stock.

Previous owner told me they lowered the front. So I’m pretty sure they just cut a coil on the front springs and left the rear.

Still 15x6 should work with the wheels sizes of 225/75/15 or a 235/75/15. A guy I know has 15x6 just need repaint. That will save me $$$ going that route.

If you go 6" wheel beware of the "donut" look if you get too wide of a tire. Narrow rims / narrow tires for correct stock look.

Equivalency table
Rim width Minimum tire width Ideal tire width
6
,0 Inches 175 mm 185 or 195 mm
6,5 Inches 185 mm 195 or 205 mm
7,0 Inches 195 mm 205 or 215 mm

235's will have a donut look with a 6 inch rim...need an 8 inch for those to look right.

I’m just going to go 15x8 all around with different tire size front and back. It appears you can go from a skinny tire to fat tire fairly easily on that wheel size.

15x8 and the bolt pattern or is what? 5x4.75 or?

I don’t want that donut look at all.

I vote for the first picture

225/70/15
With 15x8 wheels.

You guys think that thin white wall would be lame? I kind of dig it..

the thin whitewall works with those hubcaps. I don't think they would work with the letters. I have those same hubcaps.

I dont have my 6" wheels on right now, but they are BF Goodrich COmmercial tires that they no longer make. They were the closest look that I had found to the original radials.

Look at https://www.cokertire.com/tires/american-classic-blackwall-bias-profile-radials.html
This is what the original tires looked like:
