Starter question

Seeing the thread about the Carquest starter, is there any real advantage in using the high torque starter vs the stock starter? Stock 350 and just light offroad use.

The high torque starters really have no advantage other than being smaller/lighter UNLESS you have an engine with a much higher compression ratio then the high torque starter would be a better choice.
