Found out today through research, I can use LS6 behive valve springs and some comp retainers and run more lift without machining the valve guides. But I know once I pull the heads I'll end up doing that anyway.

The locks are the problem, coirrect? How did they manage to solve that? I know my Vortecs were close, but the cam was mild enough I didn't have to worry about it.
