I'm looking to fix my "side of the road repair" and don't want to mess with bending a line from the pump to carb. I have been trying to research what fittings I would need to adapt this to a quadrajet but come up short handed. This would be for my 82c10

I would like to make something like this from the pump to a fuel filter then into the quadrajet.

Basically you have to search out the fitting adapters.

Not sure what size it is on the fuel pump but inverted flare is the type if I remember correctly.

Something like this,

From there you go with a Female AN swivel of whatever size you needed. 3/8" fuel line being the common size you'd want a -6AN fitting and line.

It's fun searching out all the fittings:doah:, just make a good plan for what pieces you'll need.

Yes, it sure is fun searching for these fittings. I just don't know what fitting to buy that would screw into the pump and carb. I would think this would be a lot easier then it really is.I tend to over think the little things and blow it way out of proportion and make it harder on myself.

If someone has made this line before, could you post a parts list you used? I believe I read you should mix and match brands together or they leak?

Shouldn't?

The AN fittings are supposed to be made to an exacting specification. That being said, there is always a tolerance so it'd be a good idea to get them all from the same manufacturer.
