hey guys just wondering i want to run 37s on my pickup and as of right now and probably for a little while longer i have the stock push pull steering setup am i going to have problems with turning? i dont do any serious rockcrawling yet but i dont want to trash a bunch of stuff and i dont want it to be hard to turn at all what do you guys think?

i agree completely with the above statement... in my build right now i plan to run a rock logic steering set up... its only a couple hundred bucks for it all.. just gotta drill tap the steering box and weld on a few tabs and your set... its completely worth it...

Nope you'll be perfectly fine as long as you don't get any weird angles with your draglink (assuming you're lifting the truck a bit)...

I run a stock pitman arm connected to a drop draglink connected to a raised steering arm and I have absolutely no problems (on the street 99% of the time) and run 35's as well as 38.5's...

You didnt Note if everything else was Up to Par

Just saying yes or no wouldn't be a good enough answer.

You're steering should be ok provided you check steering components like the:

- Balljoints and tierod ends
If they can greased, keep them greased or they will just end up wearing out faster.

- Steering Box with Correct Pitman arm and Steering arm (to level out the angled draglink due to lift)
Make sure that your steering box is Internally sound, and that you have the appropriate pitman arm and steering arm upgrades for your lift.

- Power Steering System
Make Sure you have enough P/S fluid and the pump is operational. Both Hoses are intact and not leaking

- Wheel Alignment and Toe-In

- Rubbing
Depending on your lift, you may have some rubbing at full Steering Wheel Lock. Especially if you're offroad.

Be sure those components above are well.. and you'll be off to a good start.

I've had many steering trouble woes, so I dont think my response is over-the-top :p:

Also get an ORD steering box brace. It will help prevent you from cracking your frame at the steering box mounts. I have on and mine works great! :waytogo:

If you wanted to put 37s on. You may need to do some fender trimming. To prevent rubbing during flexing.
