So far I've ordered a stock replacement KYB and it was to short and now a ProComp ES200 and it's to short. What gives? It's for my 90 V2500 Sub

make sure there not giving you 88-up body style stuff.

recheck the part # cross by looking it up for a 84-85 ish model .

lots of parts computer programs dont know the diffrence and get the 87-91 guys wrong parts.

probably, though I can't remember ever seeing a stabilizer on the 88 up bodies

ask for an 87 full size blazer, pretty hard to screw that one up. I'm almost positive they are the same

easy to screw up thats first year body name switch from c/k to r/v

and some 88-up had them . and shorter steering throw would make it not work.

just looked them both up on napa site.

85 suburban 4x4 open = 24" / closed = 14.125
88-up style 4x4 open = 20.125 / closed = 12.25

bam there ya go . :thumb:

If it's too short, just steer to the right and then it will fit :D
