Premium GMOTM Winner Joined Nov 1, 2004 Posts 43,010 Reaction score 25,459 Location in the back of your brain Feb 10, 2013 #4 easy to screw up thats first year body name switch from c/k to r/v and some 88-up had them . and shorter steering throw would make it not work. just looked them both up on napa site. 85 suburban 4x4 open = 24" / closed = 14.125 88-up style 4x4 open = 20.125 / closed = 12.25 bam there ya go .
