its not getting wet or cold that bugs me, its how everyone drives when we get rain, and the fact that I run swampers and a locker... /forums/images/graemlins/shame.gif

I learned the hard way in the 75, now I drive real cautios and slow down a bit when I have to drive in the rain /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Try driving in the snow with lockers and grippy tires. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Yeah, I must say that dirving in the rain with a locker in the rear can be a pretty eye opening experience. I remember the first time I drove my truck in the rain with the detroit. I told my brother "hey look I can get a wheel with 37's". I ended up doing a complete 180 and taking out a curb. When in rains around here, I make sure there is a lot of room before I pull out because even the most minimal amount of go pedal make the rear end just chirp, chirp, chirp. /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif

Re: stock blazer on 31\'s crawling a 36 inch tsl

I found out that driving in the rain or snow with a limited slip rear with control is knowing what your Blazer can and can't do, and how it reacts. When I come out from a street and turn, in rain or snow, and gas it, the rear breaks loose and starts to slide until I let off of the gas and rear grips quick. Much faster then any car. The key is not to drive around with a big head. I've seen plenty of big headed suv owners in ditches, upside down, into barriers, and so on. Bad things happen when you under-control your suv. But it still is fun to go sideways in my Blazer.
