stock intake on holley carb?

Will it fit? Don't really want to do an open air cleaner on an offroad truck unless I absolutely have to

It will. The vast majority of carbs have the standard diameter opening. (I believe it's 5 1/8 in)

Some carbs may need a air cleaner spacer for the stock air cleaner to clear the carb body...(I've had to use one with a stock GM air cleaner on a Holley dual feed I had)..
