stock vehicle...over 100 mph

I just read the rest of your previous post Blazin. Does your wife have really bad hypertension? Cuz to give her that much nitro and then give her some beta blockers she must have been in a hypertensive crisis. Nitro is meant for chest pain, primarily, as it vasodilates (makes your veins bigger) and allows more O2 to get the heart thereby reducing peoples angina (chest pain) which is usually the result of their heart being ischemic (O2 deprived). The resulting vasodilation will lower ones B/P which is the other situation when one would give nitro (i.e. - their blood pressure is way up, like 200/140). The beta blockers they gave her will slow her HR and also furthur lower ones BP. But, the nitro won't slow your HR, but it will give you one MOTHER of a headache. I hope she's doing better

they gave her the nitro over a week ago in er(for really hi bp and heart rate w/ chest pain), started beta blocker today, shes taking librium,Inderal, and 2 others that i can't remember and 100 mg trazadone at night to sleep...what do you know about this ''graves'' disease? i don't like the name already!

Grave's disease deals with a throid problem. Pretty sure it's hyperactivity of the thyroid gland. Which might explain the tachycardia. She lost a bunch of weight recently or started having a like a big lump start forming on her neck or anything? The Librium and trazodone are for her anxiety. Lopressor/metaprolol, clonidine, or HCTZ one of the names of the other 2

Graves disease is pretty rare. i've never had a pt with it. i know the name though is probably from the doctor that discovered it, not the pt outcome if that makes you feel any better:D other medic on duty with me said that it'll make your thyroid gland go into overtime. Which will raise your HR and basically make your metabolism go up, hence possible unexplained weight loss, sweating, possible hair loss and he said a hallmark sign of it will be bulging eyes.

she has lost about 15 lbs in the last couple of months, i looked it up, she has no eye troubles, so maybe she don't have it, of all the symptoms it listed she only has the anxiety and tachycardia, shes always been small, 16 yrs ago when we got married she weighed 90-95 lbs(she looked like she was 12 but was 22), she still looks like a teenager, i have had people ask me if she was my daughter...*sighs... :-) she had a prolapsed? uterus..what ever it was, they found it when she was preg w/ our daughter and after gave birth(c-section) they said she was to small for natural birth, then she had a hestorectomy, but they left 1 ovary for hormones 14 yrs ago

the doc said her thyroid is enlarged but its not noticable just by looking at her and no bulging eyes or skin conditions, hopin for the best

its fine, I'm more concerned w/ her than my truck...suv,whatever....vehical.. , but this probally should be in the lounge, but it started about my pathfinder.....if they have to remove all/part of her thyroid, will they go down her throat or have to cut on her neck and leave a scar? that will kill her as she is very conscientious of her looks

Let's see if this Excel spreadsheet pastes in OK....

(edit: nope)

The latest numbers you posted up seem to match quite well to my assumptions.....you clearly have the 2WD version, and the tire size you posted has an overall diameter of 29.50"

Taking the truck out of OD really seems to be the trick, and to my surprise it actually looks like the truck IS able to pull in excess of 130MPH in 4th gear!!! :yikes:

Not quite as fast as you'd thought, but nowhere near as far off as I'd insisted it was.... where's that blushing, embarrased emoticon?
