i agree w/ low comp... try a compression test and see what you get

This is my 6.2 starting after putting new GP's in. Sat for a couple days in 35-60f weather. This is the only diesel I've ever owned, but I've been told that it cranks over at a great speed. Yours crank about this speed?

Mine crancks a bit faster than this, and still no sign of wanting to start.
I know I have a problem in the IP now, even with starting fluid it wouldn't try to start, and I tested 5 out of 8 cylinders at 305 PSI, not too high but should start
