Stupid rear window

Anybody know how to get an 87 suburban rear window up. It does not have the same tailgate as the blazer so that switch is not there and the motor is behind the glass. I can't get my rear window up.

UPDATE: It's on the passenger side and you can get to the plunger with your finger. I got the window up. Then I cut and spliced the blue wire together so now it works with the tailgate open or closed.

Yes, had it happened to me as well. It didn't help that I was 2,5 hours drive from home either. Luckily it didn't rain and it was April.

Well, the glass went down and then it refused to go up, neither by using the key nor the switch. I opened the back part (Phillips screws), tried to move it, shake it, whatever, but it did not help. So I drove on, then at some stop I slammed the outside part of the gate with my palm (very technical move I know), BUT - then after putting the key in and twisting it the glass actually went up! This is one of the things I have to get around to repairing.

It is very easy to just cut and splice that wire together to just bypass the switch and you will never have a problem with it again.
