Can't seem to find them. Any substitutes out there? I've tried making my own out of para cord and tried jeep wrangler door straps neither works.

Any decent upholstery or furniture shop should be able to whip you up a set.
Or have some leather ones made

I would think "old seatbelt" if i were going to make my own... trip to the wrecking yard with a pair of scissors could get you some straps that are color matched to your interior?

other than that- classic industries in HB CA, or LMC... they dont have em?

what year is the strapless-burban?

I don't think they changed any from 73 to 91, my 77 got a strap job from an 84 model. iirc if the 3 doors had nylon or metal strap

my best memories of the older model are the Helms bakery suburbans and they had tail gates

LMC doesn't list them but apparently they used to. I would rather just find some and bolt them in than trying to cobble something together.

Do you have originals to compare?
They have a double loop on one end, so you can pick how far they open.
I have the driver side short, pass side long.
