Suburban pics wanted with specific info

great pics....4" looks right to me :waytogo:

You probably already know the specs on mine but here goes….
- 4” front springs with ORD HD shackles. Unsure of spring brand as they were on my K10 when I bought it back in 1996
- ORD 4” rear shackle flip
- Bald Kumho 315/75R16 tires borrow from the K10 for a while

Same lift but with Superswamper Q78x16 tires. Same set up as Fred's cheap burb build in Peterson's 4Wheel & Off-Road

Wow that is nice. So clean and pristine with the white paint. The stock rims suite it well. Some dig-dish caps would also look cool on this rig.

See Your in my old neck of the woods to. I grew up in Kent, OH:waytogo:

Thanks! I've never been where you live, but I bet I'd like it better there, lol. It was 6 degrees here the other morning... don't like that at all.

Have you ever looked through my 1988 V10 Suburban's build thread? It has had a bunch of different tires on it.

Later today if I remember I can take another picture of it with a Dana 60 front axle now.

I think I'm going the 1 inch body/ zero rate rout also. That way the next set of tires can be 35s.

I left room on my u bolt threads to add a 1" zero rate for a later wheel/tire increase if needed. it'd look weird done now with 33's. when ever I find 17" 6 or 8 blt wheels I like, I'll step up to a set of 305/70/17's

I currently have the 2.5" ORd shackle flip kit I got it from someone here but they were suppose to be 4" I have them sitting in a box ready to swap them out with ORD but I am hesitant to do so because I am still not sure if I want to go to 4+ inches.

I like the 3" range. that kinda of "is it stock or inst it" look.

What's wrong with the H2 take offs? They can be found cheap from time to time.

Martin

The designs alright..... I just want something else:dunno: I wish they had the nomads I got in the right size. But eveything 17" has deep backspacing. i'm running 3.75" on 10" wheels now and like where they sit. All the 17's are like 9" wide with 4.75" or more bs

I like that idea...
