Thanks everyone, as far as the 1/4 windows go, I need to finish the roof rack so that I can put the windows and interior in, my plans are to put the lexan out in the heat to get some curve in it, then cut it to fit, if im not happy with the lexan then I can use them as a template for the water jet.

if you were closer I'd laser cut 'em for you.:waytogo:

Interested to see how you rig up the actuator to open and close that. I am guessing you plan to use some kind of wristed arm?

What kind of HID lights are those?

Not sure what brand they are, got them from a store that was moving, I paid $40. Each, they are the same ones you find at the big chain auto parts stores with the red rings.

They look like the rugged ridge ones...interested to hearing how they do...

Got enough of the parts to get it tacked together and bolted to the roof, I used 1" solid rubber between the rack and roof to help with vibration and noesis, still waiting on the vertical E track for the outside of the rack, even though it's just tacked together I was able to jump around on the top rack.
Still need to mount the actuator.

Wow, looks like that was the perfect amount of stroke. You just happened to have that lying around huh?

Sweet

are you going to do a cover for the back of the lights, while they are laid forward?
