summit brand headers ?

Ran them for a couple of years. Fit great. No leaks. I did have the 3 bolt flange cut off at the collector and made a slip fit connection with a band clamp. Shackle was just barely hitting it plus I hate gaskets and trying to line that stuff up. But even before that I never had leaks.

Going to run them on the new 383 I dropped in.

looking at their stainless steel long tube for 84 K5

Thoughts? Fitment issues?
Headers are a part where you get what you pay for. I’m sure they will work, but probably won’t last forever.

I’ve run the flowtech shorty’s from a 94 on my square with the 350, and they do fine. But rotted through after about 10 hrs. For the price, decent value.

If you are good with replacing them down the line, I’m sure they will work fine

I've been running the summit ceramic coated long tubes on my truck for close to 5 years and they've been fine.
I had to trim the passenger side shackle bolt but other than that great fitment no leaks.

I also ran the summit ceramic coated long tubes on my 71 Elky and they were also fine. The ceramic coating really cut down on the floor heat as compared to the uncoated I had prior.
I also really like the summit "Turbo" mufflers. Have a great sound, not like the hollow-can design.
