I pulled the cheap Chinese headers off and these where a Xmas present
(I wrapped a brick in the box and put under the tree)
Put em in today and they clear. The only problem I see it the drivers side collector Bolt is going to have to be put on with a wrench.

Really fricken tired of leaky headset gaskets so no more headers on this Blazer.

So,ram horns will work on a square body ?..
Do these manifolds both have straight outlets,or is one angled ?..

Reason I ask is the ones in the link look to both have straight dumps, and I have an original pair off an old 307 SBC that has one with an angled dump on the drivers side and a straight dump on the passenger side, and if I ever put one of the small blocks in my trucks it would be nice to know if they would fit & work,or hit the cross member..

OK,thanks--I assume if straight dumps on both sides miss the cross member, the angled one will work even better..good to know!..
Ram Horns work good upside down too, when you want to run straight pipes thru the hood, truck pulling style!..

Link I posted shows the same I have just different Finnish natural chrome or ceramic coated

I got the install finished and started it
I thought it would be a little quieter and I was wrong loud as headers ever was.

PS if you get these get make your own wires 90 deg boots will not fit.

so what spark plug wires did you end up using, I just finishing up installing a crate motor in mine,
I still have the stock manifolds an eventually want to either go to headers but I'm liking your set up

I used two sets I had to make it work let me look and I'll post a link to what I'm getting

Side not of some important things to know THE BOLTS IT COMES WITH ARE 1/4 INCH TO LONG!!! and don't use fel-pro gaskets use what it come with for the head to manifold. Seal

I always had "fun" finding the proper length exhaust manifold bolts for small blocks locally--seems GM used 2-3/8" long ones instead of 2-1/4 or 2-1/2",which is all that hardware stores had in shock..had to cut down a 2-1/2",possibly cut more threads with a die, or use washers, which I didn't care much for..

I was able to get the right bolts from a dealership, but that was probably 20 years ago...doubt they have any listings now..

the stock manifold and these are different anyway ,but they should come with proper hardware and they dont

You had headers before correct
Did the rear of the exhaust system match up, or did you have to redo where they meet
I'm thinking off pulling the trigger on a set, I still have the stock manifolds and wanting to redo my exhaust.

Thanks for the constant updates on all the lessons learned

These look great and the price is good too. Thanks for posting. I just ordered a set for my dad's 1930 model a project. The 350 from my 89 K5 is going into it and I wanna dress the motor up so it looks more 1960's ish
