Super Duty Shocks versus 4" Lift Shocks

np at all. And mine is on a suburban (bus) but should be close or the same.

As I said though verify it'll fit in that lower perch before drilling. Just incase their is no way of making it work on your specific vehicle I'd hate for you to lose out on the money. Enjoy a great upgrade.

guess i just need the lift kit and these monroe shocks.... and im ready to go. :)

When I first saw about this option of shocks I was a little leary. I purchased them for 27 bucks each and figured "well it can't ride any worse" and wow just wow the change in ride just from putting rears on. Fronts are gonna be coming very soon as well. And no it doesn't go bouncing across the road it just performs much smoother and..... Well go try it and you'll see. Great update for those going on the cheap with shocks.

just for clarification, from the op, "c&c" is c&c for crew cab or cab and chassis? I can't match either of the part #'s off the box.

yeah, my truck is currently kinda dangerous on its rancho shocks. Its been compaired to riding splash mountain, riding in a boat over rough water, jumping around like a dolphin, and my personal favorite "why does your truck hump the road".

Part of my hope with the suspension/axle/tire upgrade is improved ride quality as well as ground clearance and survivability. at the very least i hope it dosnt get worse lol.

When I get home I'll get the part number on my stupid duty shocks for the rear. I remember looking up the numbers OP has and found them but now I can't for some reason. Hopefully he can clear it up.

Mine where for a cab and chassis. Oddly enough they are the same part number for an 89 to 96 F150 too. I only used the rear in the front, and I am very happy with the ride quality. I have not done the rear, not sure yet what I want to do back there. I may try try rears from a regular F350.

How long are the F350 fronts? I didn't even look at them when I was at shucks.. I imagine with that heavy diesel they are fairly stiff, but who knows.
