ok...i finally got my suspension installed and the beast rides like there's no shocks installed. details:
1986 K5 305
2.5" procomp springs in the front
1.5" procomp block kit in the rear with 1 add a leaf
Rancho RSX's all the way around.
this is really starting to tick me off..im used to rought rides from racing but this is an almost uncontrollable bounce. any ideas, suggestions??
UPDATE
after serious cursing at the world I started measureing shock travel and spring travel. i found out that the shock inhibited the axle movement by up to 3 inches! i pulled the shocks off took them back and bought the 9000's for a 2.5 to 4" lift.
let me tell you the difference, before it drove like i was on railroad tracks, now i driving a caddy! its so smooth that i'm loving my blazer again. thank you all for you suggestions and remember...just because its the right p/n don't mean its the right part.
