I'm sure this isn't what you want too hear, but in all honesty, I personally would use that 4-channel amp on the "main" speakers and look for a class D mono block amp that is 1 ohm stable too power the subs with.

I hear ya. Being on a tight budjet it has taken me quite a while too build my system (see sig below) Anyways, watch Ebay for deals.
 
This is 2 ohm stereo. You can try it like this, but your amp may get warm and shut off, or it may not work at all because of the low impedance. This way would get you the most power. If it doesn't work, then try it like the pic below.

This is 8 ohm stereo. It won't get as much power to the subs, but it will sound "cleaner". The blue line is a wire to connect the neg from the red line to the pos of the black line (series). I would try it like this first and see how it sounds.

I personally would do like in b) run the amp in 3 channel mode and hook your subs the in with both subs running on the bridged channel and then run your 6x9's of the other two channels, Don't run them off your deck...
