swapping out a 400sb for a 350 TBI..Mods?

I am thinking about swapping out the carbuerated 400SB in my '75 for a 350 with TBI. I have a TBI parts truck so availability of parts isn't a big issue. What are the mods that I will have to make? I am already planning to swap out the fuse block/wiring harness due to butchered wiring. I will also probably swap the TH350/NP203 for the 700R4 set up so that I can rebuild that as well.
