Colby posted a link to something similar that DIY4x sells, but his if for installing the longer 52" springs also. You have to careful using something like that for too much lift. If you get carried away, it'll severely affect your caster angle. Plus adding 1" at one end or the either only equates to 1/2" of lift because you are only changing one end. Your best bet would be to add the same to both ends with longer shackles for the rear hanger.
If you're looking for like only 1", just do some ORD zero-rates.
