That's almost identical to the Valley Industries carrier I have on mine. Mine wasn't anywhere near that expensive though. IIRC it was about $120, but that was 18 years ago.

You'll probably be much happier with building one. I don't know what your skill set is with building/welding, but I don't think you're going go find anything still manufactured for our Blazers or Jimmys. Here's what I did to mine. I hope it helps.
