Good morning to all!!! Hope all is well with everyone. I am currently looking for a swing out tire carrier COMPLETE) assembly that was installed on the rear of the old K5 Blazers. From what I have read, they were made by Hickey or Valley Industries. I DO NOT want to change the rear bumper so an aftermarket bumper assembly is out of the question. I can find the '95 and up swing out tire carriers but I need the old style. I need this to complete my Dante's Peak Suburban 4X4 build. I need the snorkel too but that is a long shot. I have received VERY good information from many of you and a THOUSAND thanks for the input. I have called everyone I know in North Florida and even as far away as Oregon to locate these two items...….does ANYONE have either the old style swing out tire carrier OR the ARB snorkel I am looing for? I know there is a Chinese knockoff on the snorkel but hey, I have spent over two years on this and I will continue to see IF an ARB snorkle is out there somewhere. Keep those Chevy's rolling...………..

First off I'd put an add in the wanted section here. There was a member that just took a chrome tire carrier off his Blazer not too long ago but I can't remember who it was.

As far as the snorkle goes you could search through the other Dante's peak builds and see the ones they used. If I remember right they used one for a land cruiser but you'd have to look for which model.

MANY MANY THANKS!! I'm on it now.

Is there a "Classifieds" section here OR do you have to have the Premium Membership to have such access??? Thanks.
