T 10 B 1 narrow face

hey

ive got a t10 for that project we were talking about and i got a 4 speed chevy bell housing but it doesnt line up wiht the bolts to attach it to the t10

i belive this is becasue it is a an early 60s t10

ive been told that it was used in fords, 63-64 Full size Ford/Mercury with a 390-427.

is there any way to find a bell housing that will make this t10 fit my small block?

the numbers on the main case are t10 b 1
and the numbers on the tailshaft are t10 h-7

were these narrow face ones ever used on gm small blacks?

You may be able to source a quicktime or lakewood scatter shield. I know a friend of mine was accidentally sold a ford trans to GM motor scatter shield when we put his truck together.
