Looking for a th350 - Dana 20, used or NOS. I "believe" the late 60's-early 70'2 K5's & K10 offered this set-up.

Thanks

I could be wrong, but I thought the Dana 20 only came with manual transmissions on the first generation Blazers. My '72 Blazer has a three speed manual trans with a dana 20, and my '69 Blazer had a TH350 with an NP205.

If there is an adapter for TH350 to mount to a Dana 20, let me know. I'm thinking about swapping my '72 to an automatic.:wink1:

You can go Advanced Adapters (AA) or Novak, in aftermarket (boute $600). Jeep put out a large number of th400 - Dana 20's in the full sized vehicles. I have "heard" that particular adapter is really weak?

I'm not really sure on the GM th350-D20? I knew many of the GEN 1 K5's had the D20's, and many had the th350....so I taking a shot in the dark, to see what's out there. It would be nice to find a GM OEM cast iron adapter for this application....it may not exist, dun-no?

REVISION!

I also have an SM465 that "could" go in the truck...SO, does anyone have a 465-to-D20/18 adapter sitting around collecting dust.

What did the OEM GM 465-to-D20 adapter look like?...was this a steel piece?

Thanks,

Thanks,
That's a really nice looking piece, and a decent price. I need to contact them and discuss. The product info talks about D20, but says nothing about D18. They will both fit the same adapter, but the D18 adapters are typically better supported (2) bearings because of the off-set loading produced by the D18.

Thanks again, I'll call-um.
