T-Case, Axel, Drive shaft swap and shackle flip

I have a hanger out in justin we can do this in, or if anyone has a more proffesional garage with decent air tools that would be nice. have the stuff off the donor vehicle, and i am going to clean those up, but I need a new dana 44 front drive shaft, the rear 14bolt drive shaft, and the thing that closes of the rear of the 205. im thinking about the diy4x4 shackle flip, looks beefy, and need to finds something to lift the front. Any suggestions? Any volunteers for tackling this vehicle?

I live in Grapevine, vehicle is in Carrolton. I also should probable snag some 8 bolt wheels....
