From here it looks like the rubber in your isolator has seeing better days.
Would any of you guys switch that out based on visual inspection?

I would pry on it to see if it's still solid. That cracking could be just superficial. If it's decent I would research what kind of quality the new parts are. If they're like the current crop of rubber engine mounts, this cracked one probably has more life in it than a new one.

Don't replace it with a poly mount unless you also put poly in the engine mounts.

Perhaps at least check it and if you chose to replace, go with OEM.
