Hi there,

I thought I would share how I mounted a tach that I recently bought (to debug a overdrive issue with the 4L80-e). I had it temporarily mounted as I wasn't sure I would keep it after I got my issue fixed. However, I decided to mount in some-what firm location now (pics below).

Folks with after market tachs, how do you have yours mounted?

Enjoy,

-graham

put mine on the steering column. I'm not sure, but yours seems a little larger than the one I had...It was a Sunpro too.

Mines portable. It sits in the drivers seat and is attached to the bottom of my brain. The other 2 sensors are on opposite sides of the processor. When they notice the valves floating, I back off a little.:D
