Tail pipe Moisture... Is it normal?

Isn't most of this moisture out the tailpipes from condensation.....take cold exhaust pipes and blow hot air through it. The colder it is outside the more water you get dripping from the tailpipes. Same concept as a glass of ice water sitting outside in the sun.

Yeah think that is some of it! Even though its hard to imagine it when its 95 Degrees outside! LOL
