There's a cable that's driven by the motor inside the tailgate. You need to grab a handheld drill, get back there and take off the tailgate guts cover, unscrew the cable from the motor, put it in the drill chuck, and use the drill to raise and lower your window.
I'd guess though, that your problem isn't inside the tailgate, but somewhere on the fuse block. I'd first make sure every fuse is seated properly, then start checking whichever ones aren't blatently labelled. I believe all power windows are on the same circuit/fuse, and I'm not at all sure, but I think they're on a circuit breaker. Pull the circuit breaker(s) and test them with an ohmmeter for resistance.
