I was putting a little too much leverage trying to bend the rear MAP sensor vacuum port/tube and oops! (I was installing an adjustable fuel regulator and needed some separation for the adjust screw). Now I'm not sure how to rectify the situation. The metal tube has to be pressed in there and I've had no luck drilling it out. This unit has been rebuilt and has nice & tight shaft bushings, so I don't want to ditch it just yet.
Any ideas on what to do??

I was thinking drill it and tap it for a barb fitting. Will the drill bit not bite in the steel tube?

Drill bit wouldn't grab. I was at low speed and it just walked all around. I'm looking for a HSS bit and will try in a drill press, but I feel like it won't lead any where. And that tube is deep in there! Like 3/4 of an inch. I'm heading to the racks at the parts store to think about glueing in a plastic barb, then going to a rubber hose.

thread a screw into the metal tube, use some diagonal cutters grab screw under head, fine some leverage, and pry it out. Or if you have a small slide hammer use that with a screw, any screw that will bite. I have a pair of vise grips I made into a slide hammer by using a long stove bolt for lock screw, and a weight.

Well I couldn't get a screw to grab. Either the threads would flatten and pull out or not even cut and pull itself in. I even pulled the taps out thinking of threading the port to get a bolt to thread in there. In the end I clamped it in the vice and dulled a drill bit getting about 1/4 down. A little JB weld and I'm back in business.
Also threw a pic of how I read full pressure at the TBI. Thank you CFM tech and a fuel schrader valve.

looks like you are in good shape there now. do you have the injector pod spacer in there? it helps get some clearance for that adjuster screw on the FPR

I do have that spacer. And it definitely helped with some space. There’s still no getting my fingers in there to turn the knob. But others have said the same.
