TBI flex plate questions

If you have a 350 it will be fine. 400 and 454's use an externally balanced flexplate. 305s use the smaller 153 tooth. If you have a stockish motor, not balancing it will be OK.

one piece rear main 350's are externally balanced ( Scott schooled me on that one time when I said all 350's were internally balanced), Parts stores should have one, really common problem with the one piece rear main having a smaller bolt circle and cracking.

folkenheath is correct. The flexplate you linked to is the correct one for a 1986-later SBC.

So will a flexplate from a 400 with a 2pc seal work on a 1pc seal externally balanced 350?
