well I got my regulator in.. it says 4.5-9psi.. installed and its putting out 15psi.. adjusted as doc says.. loosen lock nut and turn counter clockwise... no go still @ 15psi... man wish this was easier!!! hah.. at work but going home and hopefully get 10 mins to work on it..
