I have a 1995 chevy tbi motor can i put the tbi off a 454 to get more fuel to my 350?

Not without doing a custom chip and also modifying the intake to accept the larger 2" throttle bores and probably also an adjustable fuel pressure regulator.
More fuel does not always mean more HP.
