Is that a tbi specific manifold or is there a tbi adapter under the Throttlebody?

I can't say what the particular holes were meant for originally. The manifold is an Edelbrock Performer for Q-jet. Maybe the holes for the bracket carry over to TBI and only the bracket changes? I'm pretty sure it's a TBI bracket, but it's been many years, so I'm a bit foggy. I have an adapter plate on the manifold to go from Q-jet pattern.

mine bolts to the bracket for the cruise, which bolts to the back of the head, along with the manifold bolt.
