Tcase crack or casting seam? Lomax 205

Last person I knew who had the old Wagoneer 3 under in front of a 205 said he didn’t use it that often. Was actually too low. Be curious what you experience

I have a local friend with an unused Lomax kit, I was talking to him 2 weeks ago trying to get him to sell it to me. He never would give a number but told me he'd "let it rot" before he sold it for what I thought was a reasonable offer. I know the Lomax is damn cool but I couldn't make him understand that there's a point where you'd be better off buying a Magnum (both in price and replacement parts), his reply was "I know what I've got". So it continues to sit in the box while he hasn't had a wheeler in 10+ years.

TARussell (inactive member) has a "new" Wagoner 3:1. He's gathering parts and looking for a truck, there's a good chance he'll end up combining it with a another reduction box and a 205 - something like 500+:1. I told him that's a little extreme but he A) has it so M.A.W. and B) want's the selection (not necessarily the overall reduction). Crazy

This is gonna be perfect for me as a remove and replace. I dont need to redo shafts, crossmembers, shifters, or the skid. Thats gonna be nice.

something like 500+:1.

I like a lot of reduction.

my X Chassis has a W56 with 3 t-cases;
3.95x2.28x2.28x4.7x6.17=595

No thank you. I appreciate it, but Ryan and I discussed a bunch of cage work and a repair of the current frame. A frame swap is not ideal for my schedule thats for sure.
