I thinking of using this to clean my coolers after I've blown up my TH350.

Okay, since no one responded to my previous question.
How would you guys flush your transmission’s coolers, and does the TCI flush sound like a good idea?
Is there some other brand of aerosol flush I could get at the local auto part’s store?
I'm the first one on this board to use an aerosol flush?

I take brake parts cleaner & spray a lot into the cooler, then blow it out w/ compressed air. Repeat until the brake parts cleaner comes out clean.

What would a radiator shop charge to clean it?

$18 isn't too much to give the TCI stuff a try either. Did you look on TCI's web site for more info on it?

The blazer isn't moving till I finish installing the TH400, so I won’t be able to take it to a transmission shop. I have already removed the TH350 and got the TH400 bolted up to the motor. I just waiting for the transfer case to get back from the powder-coater. In fact, I may even swap TH400s before I bolt the transfer case up.

Edit-TCI doesn't have much to say about the flush on their own site. I think Jegs gave more info.

Boz hit it.. anything in there is gonna come out pretty easy... brake cleaner works good... douche, blow, repeat...
