Teaser pics of the wannabe prerunner

Mine will soon though, hopefully my bottom end is still ok, and I can throw some forged pistons, and a better bumpstick and heads on, and run a little nitrous through it to help with those steep razor backs.

What are you running for rear suspension?

I'd hate to have to pull an engine outta that sucker :D I can see that bar being in the way a fair bit :P

Yep, K5MONSTERCHEV is right the top bar unbolts.

Stock shackle configuration and stock length I believe. Nate just basically ordered the same part# that he used for his Blazer.

Oh, thats cool, I have stock 63's under the back of mine right now, and they dont have enough droop so i gotta talk to deaver and see if they can rework my pack, or build me something that will work.

I'm sure they can build something that will work, I'm pleased with my rear springs so far, my Blazer almost rides like a Cadillac.

wow way too nice way to nice.

great work you have done to her. very thought out. she will give you years and years

Yeah, they can, but I need to get my front end fixed again, I know one of my shocks is blown out (damn sway aways), and I need air bumps up front bad. But I think once I get the front end up to speed again it will work bitchin again. So far the rear works great with only about 12" of travel, rides really nice too, but that stupid front end is driving me crazy.

Yeah, the pictures of your ride in action are :saweet:

I can't wait to get some of my ride in action. I've got roughly 15-16" of travel on the front and rear so it should handle Sand Highway pretty well. :D

this might be a stupid question, but i was considering something like this (radius arm and coilovers) for my truck, but how does it flex? I know its no rockcrawler, but i spend some time south of the border in the spring, and go to the hills in the fall...would this be an ok all around deal if i messed with the shocks and stuff?

I haven't tried flexing it yet and there aren't a lot of rocks around here for me to get pics. It should do all right with mild trails. Like you said, it's no rockcrawler but when it comes to the high speed stuff it's a nice setup.

i love the blazers. I remember that orange thing on race dezert and drooled over it..now i'm drooling over two of them..eerrrgg. i want one! If there was only a way to get baja/preruner type ifs with all the benifits of a straight axle and mix 'em. .....on the other hand that orange blazer can hop and tear up the desert. i still want one..i want both...errrg you suck  :D

I think about all that truck needs now is some bitchin' custom subwoofer enclosures......

:D

Seriously sweet looking truck....makes me proud. :usaflag:
