Terry's 1984 Monte Carlo SS

Ok, so no good with the 454. I've looked and it seems like more of a hassle and goes against my want for a very good handling car. I've also decided that I'm going to go ahead with a manual transmission swap since I have most of the stuff just laying around anyways and the transmission in it is junk.

I'm doing some research on it now, but hope to start next month after I get a little money built back up in savings.

This one's gone to! Had to move some stuff, I had buried myself in projects and needed some relief for the stress it was causing me.

I know how that is.
I have done that and working on getting rid of a few other projects.

I realized that I was spending all my time working on stuff and never doing anything with it because I couldn't afford the time or monetary investment in any of it. That was one driving factor in building the Xterra and selling the K5. I can focus all my money and time into it and still get to use it. It's not as capable as the K5 was, but I don't have to trailer it anywhere and it goes 90% o'f the places I want to go.

The wife and I have also been looking at the next 15 years a little closer and having a lot of project cars didn't fit anything we really want.

I am doing exactly that except my wife isn't involved in the thought process because she has no clue what the potential or use of each vehicle is.
