My guy in Patterson NY used to charge me $500.

Yep 4 to 6 hun depending on how well you know the builder.
Up here in the great white north I just paid $840. He supplied the parts, rebuilt converter, b&m rebuild kit and a new kickdown cable fwiw.
Most shops seem to charge around $1100ish depending where you wanna go with it.
