th350 to np241c driver drop t/c

I have a th350 non 4x4 bolted up to a 207c t/c using a teckpac fitzall spacer and the oem adapter from a chevy 5 speed and the 207. Will the 241c swap out with the 207? Will a 4x4 th350 bolt up to a 241 using the oem adapter stated above without the 2" spacer.
