should i rebuild the thing or put a turbo 350 in and will i half to change the trans cross member to do the swap is it even worth it ? can u tell me, what i am after is low gearing and a strong bullet proof trans. return post or email me at [email protected]

The 700R4 has a lower first gear and can be built just as strong as a TH350 can. What specs does your vehicle have (horsepower, gears, tires, etc.)? What year is the transmission? If you need a stronger trans, you can go to a TH400, a 4L80E (a much tougher swap), or a manual. Most would say to stick with the 700R4 (or find a later , improved design model).
