The 0 - 60 thread!

8 seconds, on a muddy field.

502 39.5" Boggers 6500 pounds

Muddy field? Is that your tires moving at 60mph but your truck only moving at 20mph?:D

On a muddy field I could make mine spin to 60mph in about 2.5 seconds:wink1:

Mine hasn't moved more than 1 mpy (miles per year) in three years:o The Yukon, on the other hand, will get to 60 in about 9 seconds. I'll check it tomorrow.

the suburban is about 11 seconds with 3.42 gears, 31 inch tires and tons of speed holes.

Is that what we are calling body rot these days?:haha:

rust = weight reduction, especially when the rust falls off.i have enough metal gone i could probably 35s in the back with stock height. i can get my arm inside some of the doors, i pull on door handles and the whole side moves. i can also get my hand into the rear area via the wheel well. i've got me some speed holes.

And after the rust goes far enough - it's no longer getting rustier. The truck is getting less rusty as more and more falls off. Performance is optimized when the body falls off altogether

My Sub does 0-60 in about 4.5 sec.

But that's my Subaru. ;)

My Blazer ... uh ... well, the speedo was stuck at 68 mph the other day, does that count? :haha:

My parents PT Cruiser GT = 0-60 in 7.7 seconds

My Yukon = 0-60 in 9.8 seconds

Not bad considering it's 10 years old and has 150k miles.

How are you guys getting the tires to hook up in the dirt? Mine just spin for the first 100 feet. Then I have to back off before 60 mph because the person it the right hand vinyl is screaming.
