That my friend is a marine spec 8.1. I picked it up yesterday for $1200. Engine had been gone through by a shop prior to purchase.i have the complete setup including harness, comp, brackets and headers that should for frame. I'm quite excited.

I am in globe about 1-2 times a month or passing through, love it there

Little progress. Removed old, cleaning everything up. Removing stuff not required and preparing for battle.

Good news in setting up fuel system, the filter used on my tbi engine is the exact same used on the 8.1! Talk about ment to be.
