Sounds like you've got the butterflies open too far. I'd try backing the throttle down as far as you can, and may need to bump the timing up a smidge to help get you there.

I'm just gonna take it across the river to the race shop lol. He needs it to run decent, and the shop only charges me about $75 to adjust the carb and timing. Even if they have to pull the dizzy for something. Worth it to me at this point. Too much other crap going on to spend the time on it.
