It's definitely a dana. I thought it has an 80 on the webbing of the center section but I need to clean it up better. The cab and chassis trucks haved the narrow 14bolt don't they?

Yeah, everything in my system says it would have been a long bed truck. Wheel base breaks down to 164.5" which is a standard CC LWB truck.
Cool! Thanks, I just wanted to make sure for getting parts. I didn't know the one ton CCLB truck had suck huge frame rails under the cab.
I've got work to do. Except the blue Santa forgot to give me my oil filter. Wtf I only bought a few things he shouldn't have been confused. 
Dinner, so I don't have to take time to go cook cuz yard work killed a lot of time. Oh and I had a blizzard on the way home.
Got the valve covers off, oil drained, coolant drained, battery and starter out, battery tray out for clean and paint, and I found the overflow tank is broken at the bottom. I need some more parts. The battery cables should be replaced. I'll prob just make new ones at work and I have a load of parts to clean at work also. Engine looks really good inside. Might really have only 27,000 miles on it.
Oh and for you rust belt guys(cuz I used to be one) there was about 2" of dirt under the battery tray but still not rusted through. The other side is like new still.

Thanks, starter kinda ate the ring gear a little so trans might have to come out to fix it if it still has issues with the new starter.

yes. It's a straight forward swap if you have the wiring.
What was the starter doing?
Is the grille in good shape? Well alright shape. I want the single headlight setup for the burb. So pick a weekend and we can swap it

Why? Those single headlights are uglier then a three dollar whore.
Starter was grinding once in a while like the Bendix wasn't kicking out all the way and it didn't like it when it got up to temp.
No its not worth using. Broken grille and broken bumper and turn signals.
Yes the 81-82 grille is the ugliest one ever IMO.
I think the single head light grilles make them look like a service truck or something.
Yeah, you may need to pull it then. That stinks.
