The Go Fast Smooth Ride Side Video Thread

You guys are cracking me up, I'm digging the comedy relief here. :waytogo:

Adam, you can make the 408 rev no problem with a few changes, such as heads, cam and intake. Then you just hope the bottom end holds up. :pimp:

LS motors respond very well to cam and headers because they have such good heads and intake from the factory. If you put aftermarket 15 degree heads on an old small block along with a good cam and intake you'd be surprised what happens.

And Wade, if you get more power you will need a new front driveshaft, I could snap yours like a twig with one run up test hill. :D I broke the front one when it was stock, sent it back and upgraded to a longer slip (10"), and more angle(still a 3R CV). I thought, now I have it taken care of more than enough angle and slip travel, used for couple seasons and everything was fine. Then I put the BB in and busted the CV my first run up the hill.

No 4X4 in the sand? BAA Humbug I say to you. Now for a little tidbit of sandy delight. Can you say GOPRO on a stick

Chris,

Is there any chance you could just quit your job and post videos full time?

I love watching these! :waytogo:

Very cool. Sounds great with just the engine for back ground.

Gona have to get me a stick.

I used a painters extension pole, and through bolted a standard sticky mount onto it. Worked pretty well. I still haven't had time to upload the videos I had on my gopro from the dune get together.
