So what happens after the year 3999....?
IDK. I assume the license plate office will be swamped as all the collectors, hobbiests, antique owners, and military guys simultaneously file for renewal of their non-expiring plates.

Although my paper registration certificate lists that the plate has no expiration date, so I'm probably fine.




It's crazy odds, when you think about it. 
O'reilly's gave me a baggie of clips that they found on some random back shelf, but they turned out to be slightly thicker than the OEM ones. I ground them down to OEM thickness and things are peachy now on the slip yoke end of things.
